Big Card Solitaire is a free solitaire site for personal, non-commercial use. It is provided as-is, with no warranty and no guarantee of availability. By using the site, you agree to the terms below.

License to use the site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Klondike Solitaire on Big Card Solitaire for your own enjoyment, free of charge. You may visit the site as often as you like and play as many games as you like.

This license does not let you redistribute the site, run a copy of it elsewhere, embed the game on another site, or use it as part of a commercial product or service. If you want to do any of those things, please ask us first.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty, express or implied, that the site will be available at any particular time, that it will be free of errors, or that it will suit any particular purpose. Solitaire is a recreational pastime, not a critical service, and we have built it accordingly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Card Solitaire and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to lost playing time, frustration with a difficult hand, or any other inconvenience. You use the site at your own discretion.

Acceptable use

Please use the site in good faith. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, run automated traffic against it, or use it as cover for activity directed at other parties. We reserve the right to block access to anyone who does any of these things.

Changes and discontinuation

We may update, change, or remove features at any time without prior notice. We may also discontinue the site entirely, though we hope not to. If we update these terms in a way that materially affects how you use the site, we will revise the date below.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any dispute arising in connection with the site or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Icelandic courts.

Limits of these terms

We have written these terms in plain English to be readable rather than legally exhaustive. If specific provisions are not enforceable under Icelandic law, the rest of the terms still apply. We are an indie operation, not a corporate legal department, and we expect users to engage with us in similar spirit. For genuine disputes, we prefer direct conversation over legal escalation.
